CloudFlare to Restrict Access
If you see such warning, it means that the ip of your site has been banned from CloudFlare so you need to make trust the ip of your site.
First of all, you need open My Websites page and click on the Threat control link.
And now you need to find the ip of your site and click on the trust button.
